CNC Programmer
Location: Halesowen, West Midlands
Contract: Permanent, Full‑time
Shifts: Monday-Friday, rotating 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00
Pay: £17.07 per hour (inclusive of shift allowance)
About the Role
An established heavy‑engineering manufacturer is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join its modern machine shop. The business operates a full in‑house capability from forging and heat treatment through to finish machining, working on large, high‑integrity components for critical industrial sectors.
This role would suit someone with strong CNC programming and setting experience on large components, who is comfortable working to tight tolerances in a safety‑critical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit and optimise CNC programs for turning, milling and/or boring operations on large components
- Program, set and prove out jobs from engineering drawings and technical specifications
