CNC PROGRAMMER/OPERATOR

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer/Operator with expertise in Mastercam programming and hands-on operation of advanced multi-axis CNC equipment. Key Responsibilities: Program CNC machines using Mastercam. Set up and operate the following machines to produce tight-tolerance, complex parts: Doosan SMX 2600ST Mill-Turn (9 axis) Doosan HP 5100II HMC (with tombstone fixturing) Okuma 2SP-150H Lathe (2 spindle, 2 turret) Tsugami Swiss Lathe (including hobbing head attachment) Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T requirements. Select tooling, cutting parameters, and work holding solutions for optimal performance. Troubleshoot and refine CNC programs for accuracy and cycle time improvement. Qualifications: 5 years CNC programming and machining experience. Strong proficiency in Mastercam for mill-turn, horizontal, and Swiss lathes. Proven experience with the specific CNC equipment listed above. Solid understanding of multi-axis machining strategies and setups. Aerospace manufacturing experience.
