Job Description Job Description About the Role A&D Precision is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer / Process Engineer to support efficient, high-quality machining operations. This hybrid role combines advanced CNC programming with hands-on process engineering to improve production performance, optimize machining methods, and support quoting and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities CNC Programming Program all new jobs for vertical, horizontal, and 5-axis mills using technical drawings, solid models, and customer specs Conduct test runs and operate CNC machines as needed to validate programs Provide ongoing programming support to the shop floor Troubleshoot machining and quality issues and implement solutions Optimize cutting paths and machine settings to improve cycle time and efficiency Research and recommend appropriate tooling and materials Process Engineering Develop and maintain detailed work instructions in the ERP system Support evaluation and selection of new equipmen...
