We are seeking an experiencedCNC Set Up /Operator
with
8+ years of hands-on setup and troubleshooting experience
to join a well-established manufacturing operation in Santa Ana. This role is ideal for a seasoned operator who enjoys autonomy, precision work, and working in a high-quality production environment.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Set up and operate
    HAAS CNC machines
    with minimal supervision

  • Manage and run
    up to three machines

  • Perform complete machine setups, including tooling, offsets, and fixture adjustments

  • Troubleshoot machining issues and make real-time adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency

  • Inspect parts using precision measuring tools to ensure tight tolerances are met

  • Work closely with engineering to maintain production flow and quality standards
