CNC Setter-cum-Operator (Turning)

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Turning Operator / Setter to play a critical role in our manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for the precise setup, operation, and maintenance of CNC turning machines to produce high-quality components according to engineering specifications.  

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC turning machines in accordance with technical drawings and work plans
  
• Perform tool setting, tool changes, and adjustment of machine parameters for optimal performance
  
• Accurately align and secure workpieces using appropriate clamping methods
  
• Monitor machining processes in real time and make timely corrections to address deviations
  
• Develop, modify, and implement CNC programs, including creating new programs for custom parts
