Job Description

Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Turning Operator / Setter to play a critical role in our manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for the precise setup, operation, and maintenance of CNC turning machines to produce high-quality components according to engineering specifications.  

Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate CNC turning machines in accordance with technical drawings and work plans
  • Perform tool setting, tool changes, and adjustment of machine parameters for optimal performance
  • Accurately align and secure workpieces using appropriate clamping methods
  • Monitor machining processes in real time and make timely corrections to address deviations
  • Develop, modify, and implement CNC programs, including creating new programs for custom parts
  • Conduct thorough inspections of machined components to verify dimensional accuracy and surface finish
  • Identify, document, and resolve machining or quality-related issues promptly
  • Carry out routine maintenance, cleaning, and preventive care of machinery to ensure reliability


Requirements

  • English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level
  • Minimum of a two-year ITI, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a CNC Turning Operator / Setter
  • Vocational training as a Machining Mechanic or CNC Machinist, with specialization in turning technology, or equivalent qualification with proven experience
  • Demonstrated experience in programming and operating CNC turning machines
  • Familiarity with Siemens or R&D control systems is advantageous
  • Proficient in interpreting work plans, bills of materials, technical drawings, and quality specifications
  • Proven ability to work independently with a high degree of reliability and accountability
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Valid operator authorization for safe handling of lifting and hoisting equipment
