Primary Job Duties: • Coordinating purchase of required tooling and work holding. • Designing special tooling as required. • Troubleshooting and coordination with engineers and operators for processing problems. • Coordinating with maintenance manager for machine problems. • Use CAD/CAM/Manual programming to create CNC programming. • Assist in introducing new parts. • Assist in quoting new business. • Transfers and/or downloads programs to CNC machine control. • Follow layout to properly arrange and set cutting tools to be used. • Install work holding devices, part ejectors and other necessary accessories as specified. • Instructs operators or other workers in machine setup and operation. • May set up machines for other workers. • Complete daily maintenance an...
