CNC Setup Machinist 4-Day Work Week (Milling & Turning) 2+ years of CNC experience and 1+ year of set-up experience is required for this position
Strong understanding of blueprints, GD&T, and G&M codes is also a requirement
Pay is up to $33 hourly

East Troy, Wisconsin area This stable, established, growing, high-precision manufacturing company is seeking a full-time, permanent CNC Setup Machinist 4-Day Work Week (Milling & Turning) in a clean and temperature-controlled work environment. The company prioritizes continuous improvement and values employee contributions to producing high-quality products that serve various industries, including the military and aerospace sectors. The successful candidate will: Work Monday through Thursday from 3:00 pm to 1:30 am on second shift
Operate CNC lathes, measure instruments, set tools, and troubleshoot issues
Maintain a safe work environment and document as necessary Candidates must have: 2+ years of machinist experience with lathes or mills, including 1+ year of set-up experience
Ability to interpret blueprints and understand GD&T and G&M codes
Compliance with safety regulations and proficient use of measuring instruments
A solid work history and residency within 45 minutes
