Compensation: $85,000 – $87,500 /yr. + 10% Annual Bonus

Position Summary
The Machine Shop Supervisor will lead daily operations of a CNC turning department producing machined bronze and aluminum components for industrial and municipal applications. This role combines hands-on CNC lathe setup and programming with leadership responsibilities including workflow coordination, scheduling, quality oversight, and inventory control.
The shop operates a mix of automated and manual CNC turning equipment, including a twin-spindle Mazak lathe with gantry automation, a Doosan CNC lathe, and a CNC lathe equipped with Y-axis and live tooling.
