Salary: OTE £50,000 – £65,000

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced CNC Turner – Programmer / Setter Operator or Setter Operator to join a precision engineering team specialising in aerospace components . You’ll be working on Nakamura multi-axis CNC lathes with Fanuc controls , producing high-quality, precision components to tight tolerances. The role involves setting, programming, and optimising speeds and feeds for a range of materials.
