CNC Turner Programmer/Setter/Operator

We are small friendly team looking for a skilled and experienced CNC turner to join our well established team, due to expansion.

We specialise in the manufacture of complex prototype and small volume parts, in aluminiums, steels and plastics as well as some specialist materials such as titanium and inconel from time to time.

The suitable candidate must have experience of Hurco Lathes, to be familiar with Doosan and Biglia lathes would be a great advantage.

Skills Required:

• Must be able to program, set and operate a machine without supervision
• Must be able to read and understand complex technical drawings
• Must be able to machine parts to tight tolerances incorporating the relevant geometric requirements and surface finish
• Must be able to inspect own work throughout the machining process using a wide range of appropriate measuring equipment including a CMM
