CNC Programmer – FANUC & SIEMENS (Turning & Milling)

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 3–7 years (flexible for the right candidate)

Key Responsibilities

• Programming, setting, and operating CNC Turning & Milling machines

• Hands-on programming using FANUC and SIEMENS controllers

• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings

• Tool selection, offset setting, and cycle optimization

• Improving cycle time, accuracy, and surface finish

• Supporting production, troubleshooting machining issues

• Coordinating with production and quality teams

Required Skills

• Strong experience in CNC Turning & Milling

• Proficiency in FANUC & SIEMENS programming

• Knowledge of G-codes, M-codes

• Experience with SS, Brass, Aluminum components (preferred)

• Understanding of tolerances, fits, and machining practices
