CNC Turning Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC and manual turning machines.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machine settings and tooling requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and precision using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Adjust machine settings and tooling as needed to achieve desired specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
