CNC, VMC Maintenance Engineer - Electrical

Job Responsibilities

• Maintenance of Machine Shop Equipment's to maintain zero breakdown
• Fault Diagnosis and Countermeasures to eliminate breakdown
• Preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance & corrective maintenance planning & execution, Breakdown analysis and countermeasures
• Carry out maintenance basics like MTBF, MTTR, etc.
• Responsible for shop safety and 5S in work area.
• Improvements/Kaizen planning based on the trials issues and assembly issues
• Should have basic trouble shooting skills in Electrical and Mechanical.

Competence/Skills

• CNC Machine Maintenance (HMC, VMC, HMC, SPM)
• Electrical wiring
• Knowledge in Field I/O
• Knowledge in PLC programming (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, Keyence)
• Knowledge in CNC (Siemens, Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Omron)
• Knowledge in CNC Machine Concept (Servo motor & Servo drives)
• Industrial PC Based Hardware & Software Knowledge
• SPM (Laser marking, Scanner & Vision system - Cognex, Keyence & Omron)
• Able to read pneumatic & hydraulic circuits
• CNC Machine Knowledge (Ball screw, Spindle, Index table, ATC & Magazine)
