Overview

The Mission: Quick-commerce is currently a warehouse-heavy game. At Ailo, we are changing the rules. We are replacing expensive dark stores with an AI-orchestrated network of neighborhood kiranas. We offer 8-15% lower prices, 5x more SKUs, and zero warehouse capex.

We have the architecture, the financial model, and the pilot clusters identified in Gurugram. Now, we need the Execution Engine.

The Role

I am looking for a Co-Founder & COO to join me in the trenches. You will be the architect of our ground operations and a key partner in our capital-raising journey.

Responsibilities

• Build the Ground Machine: Design and lead the Cluster SOPs—from kirana onboarding to rider routing and 25-minute delivery SLAs.
• Scale the Network: Manage the rollout from our first 3 clusters in Gurugram to a multi-city operation.
