We are Mapping Intelligence Technology ( a Singapore-based startup building a universal AI platform that gives legacy industrial software (PLM, ALM, ERP, MES, etc.) AI capabilities in 30 minutes. Our mission is to accelerate AI transformation for automotive and industrial manufacturers.

We are looking for a Co-Founder & CTO to design and build the core platform infrastructure. You will own the end-to-end system architecture and lead development of the backend core modules, as well as build the entire engineering team.

• Platform Architecture: Design and implement the core platform in Python / Node.js
• MCP Connector Layer: Build a plugin-based connector system to integrate legacy industrial software (APIs, databases, UI automation)
• Enterprise Orchestrator: Develop the orchestration layer that coordinates multiple AI agents and manages data flow across systems
