As Co-Founder, you will take ownership of building and scaling the end-to-end global workforce platform, from talent sourcing and skilling to international deployment and employer partnerships. You will operate with full accountability and entrepreneurial autonomy, working closely with the founding leadership to shape strategy, execution, and global expansion.
