Who you are (requirements)

  • You’ve worked on a consumer app with 1M+ downloads
  • You’ve personally contributed to growth, not just “been around it”
  • You understand referral loops, virality, retention mechanics, and monetization
  • You can look at MAU charts and immediately see what levers to pull
  • You operate with speed, ownership, and conviction
