As a Co-Founder of organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision, strategy, and growth trajectory of the company. Idea is to not see them as our customers but our future workforce of a million, that we can take into the IT industry to capture 1% of then $500 Bn industry by 2030, to make us a $5 Bn company in the next 5 years.

𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝟮𝟬𝟯𝟬 is a series of events to bring 𝗹𝗮𝗸𝗵𝘀 𝗼𝗳 Jobs, Internships 𝗮𝗻𝗱 Entrepreneurship 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 under one roof for Youth Empowerment of 𝟭𝗠𝗡+ students, freshers, professionals and 𝗮𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 entrepreneurs across India and abroad through both 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘀

RESPONSIBILITIES AS A CO-FOUNDER

Strategic Leadership:

o Collaborate with fellow Co-Founders to define the company's vision, mission, and strategic priorities.

o Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to achieve short-term and long-term objectives.

o Drive continuous innovation and differentiation to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Team Building and Management:

o Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of professionals aligned with the company's values and culture.

o Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment where team members are empowered to contribute their best ideas and work together towards common goals.

o Provide ongoing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to team members to help them grow and excel in their roles.

Product and Technology Leadership:

o Lead the development and execution of the company's product roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.

o Oversee the design, development, and launch of innovative products and features that deliver exceptional value to customers and drive business growth.

o Champion a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in product development and technology innovation.

Business Development and Partnerships:

o Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances that enhance the company's market presence, reach, and revenue opportunities.

o Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, investors, suppliers, and industry partners.

o Negotiate and finalize business agreements and contracts that support the company's growth and expansion initiatives.

Financial Management and Fundraising:

o Work closely with the Founder and finance team to develop and manage the company's financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

o Lead fundraising efforts to secure capital from investors, venture capitalists, and other sources to fuel the company's growth and expansion plans.

o Ensure the efficient and effective allocation of financial resources to support key business priorities and initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Minimum investment of INR 18 Lakhs in Cloud Counselage Pvt. Ltd.

· Proven experience as a successful entrepreneur, founder, or senior executive in a startup environment is desirable

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals and objectives.

· Deep domain expertise in IT or Management, with a track record of driving innovation and delivering results.

· Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving growth and creating value for customers and stakeholders.

· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

· Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling businesses, along with a high tolerance for ambiguity and risk.

· Bachelor's degree or MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Co-Founder Investment & Commitment
Minimum investment of INR 18 Lakhs from the Co-Founder is sought to ensure ownership-level commitment and long-term alignment with the company's vision and social mission. We are building a core founding team from the ground up, comprising Co-Founders who deeply believe in the vision and resonate with the social cause we are committed to.

Post institutional funding, each Co-Founder will be expected to build and lead their respective verticals top-down, scaling teams of at least 10,000 professionals over the next three years through our Industry Academia Community (IAC), PAN India and globally.


COMPENSATION:
As per Indian startup (valuation/stage market benchmarks. Deferred compensation structure during probation.)
