Co-Living Facilities Supervisor - NB (ID: 7677) Industry Construction/Building/Engineering Specialization Other engineering Position Level Junior Working Hours 8.30am to 6pm (5Days Week) Responsibilities We are looking for a Co-Living Facilities Supervisor with an Electrical Worker License .
* Supervise and coordinate daily tasks for the handyman and other maintenance staff.
* Perform electrical troubleshooting, repairs, and installations in compliance with safety regulations.
* Conduct regular inspections to ensure the property is well-maintained and compliant with regulatory standards.
* Manage and schedule preventive maintenance, repairs, and facility upgrades.
* Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs when needed.
* Respond to resident maintenance requests and ensure prompt resolution.
* Maintain records of maintenance activities, electrical works, costs, and inventory of supplies.
* Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met across all shared spaces. Requirements * 5-day workweek (may include rotating weekends as needed).
* Off days will be scheduled accordingly to ensure coverage.
* Possess a valid Electrical Worker License.
* Experience in property maintenance, facility management, or a related field.
* Prior experience supervising a handyman or maintenance team is preferred.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle minor repairs.
* Good communication and organizational skills.
