Co-op Civil Inspector/Surveyor/Technician

Location: Barrie, GTA, Ottawa, Owen Sound

Your role is to work on tasks and smaller projects, and as a team member of larger projects under the guidance of Senior Site Inspectors. You will perform duties such as monitoring construction, field measurements, GPS Topographic Surveying, maintaining daily inspection records, and documenting construction activities. Your work may include some drafting and design duties within the office as assigned. This co-op/internship begins in the spring for 4 or 8 months and has the opportunity for full-time employment after graduation.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Assists in inspecting and reviewing projects during construction, monitoring conformance with plans, specifications, and other codes and regulations.
