Responsibilities

• Support in direct material and Capex Sourcing Board preparation, decision documentation, including offline approved decisions tracker
• Follow up on conditionally approved nominations, missing documentation or request to byers for completion of missing information in the projects (including NDA's and BOM's to program link)
• Support with BorgWarner Sourcing tool users creation, modification, delegations and overall user doubts in Ivalua tool
• Support with the testing of new solutions within Ivalua tools
• New User Onboarding process creation support
• Conflict Minerals process support
• Support with identifying undefined spend and unknow vendor
• give support to the team in the new projects development to get a broader vision of the processes, example: Commodity engine project.
• Support in price list indexation standardization project (ACME Tool)
