Job Title: Coach (Male Preferred)

Job description:

As a coach you will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, training and supervising field surveyors and Supervisors to ensure high-quality data collection across various political and non-political research projects as per company policies and expectations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ability to absorb new project ideas, research material and flexibility to impart knowledge.
• Identification of training needs and expertise in timely project delivery as per company targets and expectations.
• Train surveyors to conduct door-to-door interviews effectively, train surveyors through demo surveys and door-to-door interviews on field.
• Monitor daily team performance and share feedback with head office.
• Should be able to understand individual training requirement and then deliver coaching to employees accordingly using various instructional techniques.
• Build monthly, quarterly, and annual coaching/training program.
• Document all essential data for audit and future reference.
• Prepare and present reports on coaching/training programs.
• Work with the team as a field observer/researcher if needed to provide on-ground supervision and logistical support.
• Work as coach for Head Office when required.

Eligibility:

• Flexibility to work on weekends if project demands.
• Expertise in effective communication and team building.
• Should be able to speak regional languages like Malayalam, Marathi and Tamil.
• Knowledge of Hindi and English will be an added advantage.
• Should be open to travel across India.
• Experience in training blue collar workers.
• Having QMS certification would be an added advantage.
• Minimum graduate with training certifications from reputed institute.
• Problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Must have 3+ yrs of experience in fieldwork.
