Coating Operator - 3rd shift

The 3rd shift Coating Operator is responsible for the set-up and operation of the compression machine in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures and maintaining 100% cGMP and compliance to ensure the production of quality products. *Please note that there is a $2.00 shift premium for working on 3rd shift* Responsibilities: Set up coating press for run, as per batch record instruction. Make any machine adjustments necessary during the batch run as required. Visually inspect coating machine as it is running to verify the machine is running within normal and safe operation. Performs Minor and Major cleaning in the designated coating rooms. Checks and verifies the ingredient weighed in batch record entries, reports any discrepancy to Supervisor or designee. Maintain coating machine in good working order, inspect for wear, on nozzles spray guns and have any worn or malfunctioning parts evaluated and reported to Supervisor or Manager.
