  • Create, implement, and ensure compliance with coating and notching standards
  • Develop innovative solutions that meet customer requirements while focusing on efficiency improvements, cost reduction strategies, and standard creation/implementation
  • Ongoing optimization of current solutions (proposing modifications)
  • Product design review/analytics for process feasibility risk assessment management
