**Join Our Team as a Coating Technician!**
Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to play a key role in the manufacturing industry? We are looking for a dedicated **Coating Technician** to join our innovative team!
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Apply a water-based catalytic washcoat (similar to paint) to ceramic or metallic substrates using dipping or pouring techniques—think auto catalytic converters!
+ Carefully record important data and measurements in our database.
+ Prepare coated substrates for heat-treating by packing them into batching ovens.
+ Pack finished products onto pallets, ready for their next destination.
+ Support our quality-focused process by laser-etching codes and applying insulation tape to products.
**What We’re Looking For:**
+ Comfortable with manual labor and able to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
+ High school diploma or GED preferred.
+ 1-3 years of experience in a related field is helpful, but we’ll consider a comb...
