Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Students will be assigned to a core team — Inventory, Marketing, Customer Experience, or Finance — and take ownership of key aspects of running the store under mentorship and guidance.

Manage inventory levels, vendor communication, and product restocking.

Coordinate marketing efforts including social media, promotions, and store branding.

Deliver excellent customer experience through hospitality and product storytelling.

Track sales data and assist with financial reporting and performance analysis.

Support daily store operations including opening, closing, and in-store setup.

Assist with administrative tasks, event prep, and communication as needed.

Required Qualifications
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Friendly, proactive communicator
  • Self-starter with strong initiative
  • Interest in entrepreneurship, food service, or customer experience
  • Must attend Monday 10am staff meetings
  • Required EducationMust be currently enrolled as a student at Belmont University. Required ExperienceEntrepreneurial interest or hospitality experience preferred.
    Food safety knowledge or ServSafe certification is a plus.
