You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to adapt to evolving project requirements and contribute to the overall success of the software development lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cobol Mainframe.- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, particularly agile practices.- Experience with debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues.- Familiarity with database management systems and data integration techniques.- Ability to write clear and maintainable code, following industry standards.
