Job Description
Develop and maintain applications using COBOL.
Analyze requirements and convert them into COBOL programs.
Perform unit testing and system integration testing.
Support testing phases, including UAT.
Create and execute test cases and documentation.
Work closely with Business Analysts and Technical Leads.
Follow client standards, quality, and security processes.
Support and mentor junior team members.
Participate in medium-scale, multi-regional projects.
Qualifications
Minimum 6 years of experience with Cobol
Strong experience in COBOL development.
More than 5 years of experience in testing, system analysis, and design.
Experience in transformation projects.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Team-oriented mindset with mentoring experience.
