CoE Lead – Autonomous IT

As our CoE (Centre of excllence) Lead – Autonomous IT, you will take the helm of one of the most strategic growth areas at The Cloud People. 

Autonomous IT is reshaping how enterprises operate—moving from reactive firefighting to proactive, AI-driven, self-healing operations. We have the platform, the talent, and the momentum. Now we need a leader to package it, scale it, and position us as the go-to partner for ServiceNow-powered Autonomous IT.

You will define our Autonomous IT offerings—AIOps, ITOM, Observability, Automation—and transform them into fixed-price and catalog solutions used across Europe. You will guide our sales teams, build capability inside our CoE, and work directly with customers and ServiceNow to prove that zero-touch operations aren't the future—they're happening now.
