Position Summary

This recruitment will be used to fill ten (10) part-time (a maximum of 24 hours per week) Student ambassador for the College of Engineering Admin at Oregon State University (OSU).


Ambassadors are responsible for supporting the college in community outreach and both on-campus and off-campus recruiting events, assisting with alumni engagement events, providing both in-person and virtual tours to students and parents who visit campus, traveling to high schools throughout the state to make presentations, communicating with prospective students, and supporting college-wide events that promote retention of current students. Transferable Skill Development Position Duties
  • Provide both in-person and virtual engineering tours for prospective students and their families.

  • Participate in engineering outreach programs both on and off campus.

  • Conduct high school visits and classroom presentations around Oregon.
