Coffee Roaster - Campos Coffee Group

As a Campos Coffee Roaster, you’ll ensure that our coffee is roasted accurately and to schedule, to deliver consistent flavours and satisfy customer demands. This role is based at Campos HQ in Banksmeadow, where we roast our beans daily!You will be scheduled to work either a standard shift from Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, or a floater shift starting between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM and finishing between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM, depending on operational requirements. Flexibility is essential, and occasional (paid) overtime may be offered.

In this role, you’ll have the ability to:

• Roast coffee according to the required sensory profile.
• Work closely with other teams to ensure all roasts are ready in time.
• Minimise wastage.
• Follow Safety and Quality protocols.
• Learn about coffees (origins, roast profiles, tastes) from our coffee experts and join regular cupping sessions.
