Overview

We’re building an AI productivity SaaS startup, organized as a cooperative (shared ownership based on real contribution).

We’re looking for an additional Founder focused on Technology & Engineering (CTO track).

This is a founder role, not a freelance, advisory, or employee position.

What you’ll do

Technology & Architecture (core focus)

• Own the technical vision and architecture of the product
• Guide decisions around AI integration, scalability, and system design
• Ensure high code quality, maintainability, and performance
• Collaborate closely with product & design to deliver a clean, fast, intuitive UX

Engineering Leadership & Process

• Work with an established full development team in India
• Coordinate with the team rather than replacing them
• Translate product goals into clear technical execution
