<p><p><b>Description:</b><br/><br/>We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Client Servicing Manager to join our advertising agency team.<br/><br/>The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing brands within an advertising agency environment, with strong expertise in client servicing, brand strategy, campaign management, and cross-functional collaboration.<br/><br/>This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, creative sensibility, and excellent relationship management skills to deliver impactful brand communication and measurable business results for clients.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities:</b><br/><br/>- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and a strong partnership.<br/><br/>- Lead the end-to-end brand management process, from brief to execution, across digital, ATL, BTL, and integrated campaigns.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, media, and production) to deliver innovative and effective brand solutions.<br/><br/>- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of clients business, market, and competitors to provide proactive brand recommendations.<br/><br/>- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring high-quality execution.<br/><br/>- Present strategies, creative concepts, and campaign performance reports to clients.<br/><br/>- Drive brand consistency across all touchpoints, aligning with the clients vision and objectives.<br/><br/>- Identify new opportunities for business growth and client Mandatory: Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in an advertising agency (brand management / client servicing role).<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of brand strategy, advertising, digital marketing, and media integration.<br/><br/>- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.<br/><br/>- Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.<br/><br/>- Ability to think both strategically and creatively.<br/><br/>- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related field.</p><br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
