IT Firm seeks a Cognos System Engineer. Resp. include coordinate with business users to understand the as-is functionalities and to-be business requirement; Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, conduct workshops, issue clarifications, review documentation; Create Cognos Framework packages/models and deploy it to Cognos online portal; Maintain the security groups and Portals for all the Business applications; Provide support and maintenance to application availability and process improvements; Develop Dimensional Models for Cognos Analysis Studios, and Migrate Power Play cubes to Cognos Framework Manager; Create various mappings and workflows in Informatica Power Center and maintain configuration tables in databases. Exp in Informatica, Cognos, Toad, SQL Server and Applicant must be certified as an IBM Certified Administrator – Cognos or IBM Certified Designer – Cognos reqd. 40 hrs/wk M-F.
