Job Summary


As a Marketing team member at CognoSpace, you will play a key role in driving the success


of our marketing initiatives. You will assist in content creation, manage digital media, track


performance metrics, conduct market research, support the sales team, and oversee social


media channels. This is a dynamic role requiring a blend of creativity and analytical skills to


optimize campaigns and support overall sales growth.


Key Responsibilities


1. Content Production: Development of (Ideation, Creation, Coordination) of engaging


content for social media, emails, blogs, brochures and other collaterals for the Sales


and Marketing pipeline


2. Campaign Strategy: Assist in developing digital media plans and recommendations.


3. Campaign Execution: Maintain budget control, track performance, and optimize


campaigns.


4. Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends and customer


preferences. Past record of translating customer insights into marketing efforts and


enhancing customer value.


5. Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media channels.


6. Performance Reporting: Track and analyze key marketing metrics.


7. Sales Team Support: Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing and sales


efforts.


8. Catalogue and E-Commerce Management: Build and Manage the e-commerce SKUs


and report analytics across various platforms, including on in-house channels.


9. Category Management: Drive business growth, and market share of the specific


category with strong product, competition, and consumer analytics. Work closely with


the marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment on category


objectives and campaigns.


10. Funnel construction and Management: Identify leakages in funnels and take


corrective actions, build funnels where none exist and where a better route can be


justified via data and experiments.


Eligibility Criteria


1. MUST-HAVE: A creative plus analytical DNA with a proof of work (projects, portfolio,


etc)


2. 2-8 years of experience and Master's degree in a related field


3. Good to have: Google & Facebook Ads certification required. Experience with


SEO/SEM campaigns


4. Solid computer skills, including MS Excel, web analytics


5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


6. Excellent written and oral communication skills


7. Ability to multitask and manage projects effectively
