Job Description
Adecco is currently hiring a full-time COIMS and Assurance Advisor to join our client's team in Calgary, AB. In this position you will play a critical role in supporting the effective implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of the Client Operational Integrity Management System (COIMS). Working across corporate and entity levels, this role ensures that the management system remains accurate, consistent, functional, and aligned with regulatory expectations and internal standards.
Through coaching, competency development, assessments, and system improvements, the Advisor strengthens organizational capability and supports conformance, readiness, and high-quality execution across all entities.
