Typical Day

As a results-driven sales leader, you engage at high organizational levels and bring your risk, insurance and benefits expertise to plan and lead growth. As leader of the HSA Sub Region sales team, you drive results for our corporate segment by delivering innovative solutions that support all lines of solutions. You report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, Andean Region and manage commercial leaders. This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work virtually and from Aon’s office in Bogotá, Colombia.
