About the Role

TargetBay is looking for an Email Marketing & Outbound Specialist to drive our B2B outreach programs. This role is focused on building, executing, and optimizing high-performing cold email campaigns and outbound workflows that generate qualified leads and meetings for our sales team.

You will own email marketing execution end-to-end, with a strong emphasis on messaging, targeting, automation, testing, and performance optimization.
