Telecommunications Company is looking for a Collection Analyst to support its Enterprise team.

Main Tasks:

1. Responsible for customers financial statement analysis and balance sheet.
2. Negotiate payment schedule and propose financial solutions according to customers' needs.
3. Negotiate payment arrangements and follow-up to make sure the payments are made.
4. Convey financing operations with banks and customers.
5. Ensure that all written correspondence complies with company policies in terms of verbiage and frequency of contact.
6. Make factoring with customer and bank, make sure the process effectively and keep improvement.
7. Build up and keep the reconciliation with customer by monthly and quarterly.
8. Maintain a good relationship with customer and banks.
9. Track the rate of success of the entire process and continues to make adjustments when necessary.
