Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification. Diploma or Degree holders are encouraged to apply.
- Able to communicate effectively in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Willing to work extended hours when required. Must be target-driven and highly motivated.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and people-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
- To call customer remind for monthly installment
- To update customers information & details in system
- Advise customers to proceed with necessary action regarding pending payment
- Assist customers for any inquiries related
- Try to negotiate with customers
- Follow up the payment response as promised by the customers
