Collection Executive

Job Summary The Collection Executive is responsible for contacting customers to collect pending or overdue payments, maintaining accurate records, resolving payment-related issues, and ensuring timely recovery. The role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage customer relationships professionally. Requirements Required Qualifications Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred. 13 years of experience in collections, and tele-recovery. Basic understanding of finance, loans, and EMI structures, tracing tools DRA Certified (Non-negotiable)
