 Role Overview:
Muthoot Finance is seeking an experienced and dynamic Collection Manager to oversee
collections for personal and business loans. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of
experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage collections across various
buckets while leading a team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
 Oversee the collections process for personal loans and business loans.
 Manage all delinquency buckets and implement effective recovery strategies.
 Lead and mentor the collections team to meet organizational targets.
 Analyze collection trends and take corrective measures to improve performance.
 Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth processes and customer satisfaction.
 Maintain compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
 Prepare and present regular reports on collections performance to senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
 Minimum of 3 years of experience in loan collections and recovery.
 Expertise in handling multiple delinquency buckets.
 Proven team management and leadership abilities.
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
 Strong analytical and reporting skills.
 Knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects of loan recovery is an advantage.
