Role : Collection MIS & Systems Manager

Manage team to develop and maintain MIS and Systems to ensure that department requirements are met. Recommend and implement new system developments to improve productivity and efficiency. To acquire detailed understanding and knowledge of the reporting and analytical tools used by collections unit automation initiatives to be taken. Coordinate with IT for implementation of various collection projects and system enhancements. Use initiatives and make suggestions that will contribute to overall effectiveness.
