Job Description

The ideal candidate has 6 months of experience in collections. The Collections Analyst is responsible for collections and problem resolution by working in conjunction with Customers, Sales teams, Corporate Shared Services and Business Operations. This professional is responsible for contacting clients and collecting outstanding payments, keeping a balance between maintaining a good relationship and ensuring timely payments. It is also responsible for keeping track of and monitoring the invoices overdue for payments and keeping accurate records and reports on the collection activity.

Minimum of 6 months of collections experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
