Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of collections officers to achieve and exceed collection targets
• Develop and implement collection strategies to maximize recovery while maintaining excellent customer experience
• Monitor daily collection performance, KPIs, and team productivity, providing actionable insights for improvement
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to address delinquency issues and account resolutions
