Job Title:  Collection Telecaller Head
Location:  Mumbai
CTC:  Up to 12 LPA
Experience:  6–10 years (minimum 3 years in leading collection telecalling teams)

Role Overview:
We are hiring a Collection Telecaller Head for a leading, digital-first private sector bank. This role will lead and scale the centralized tele-collection function, drive recovery performance, and ensure high standards of compliance and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the telecalling collections team handling retail loan portfolios

  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets and ensure achievement

  • Monitor calling quality, productivity, and conversion ratios

  • Design calling strategies to improve resolution rates and reduce delinquencies

  • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory, legal, and internal compliance norms

  • Coach, train, and performance-manage team leaders and callers

  • Coordinate with field collections, risk, and operations teams for escalated cases

  • MIS reporting, analysis of delinquency trends, and process improvement

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong background in tele-collections within banking / NBFC / fintech

  • Proven experience in team handling and target-driven environments

  • Excellent command over collection metrics, bucket management, and compliance

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
