Job Title: Collection Telecaller Head
Location: Mumbai
CTC: Up to 12 LPA
Experience: 6–10 years (minimum 3 years in leading collection telecalling teams)
Role Overview:
We are hiring a Collection Telecaller Head for a leading, digital-first private sector bank. This role will lead and scale the centralized tele-collection function, drive recovery performance, and ensure high standards of compliance and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the telecalling collections team handling retail loan portfolios

Set daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets and ensure achievement

Monitor calling quality, productivity, and conversion ratios

Design calling strategies to improve resolution rates and reduce delinquencies

Ensure strict adherence to regulatory, legal, and internal compliance norms

Coach, train, and performance-manage team leaders and callers
-
Coordinate with field collections, risk, and operations teams for escalated cases

MIS reporting, analysis of delinquency trends, and process improvement
Candidate Profile:

Strong background in tele-collections within banking / NBFC / fintech

Proven experience in team handling and target-driven environments

Excellent command over collection metrics, bucket management, and compliance

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
