We are seeking for a **Medical Collections Specialist** to join our call center team.
In this role, you'll work with healthcare-related accounts to recover past-due balances, ensuring respectful communication and compliance with industry regulations.

Main Activities
- Contact patients or clients with overdue medical accounts.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements.
- Handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of collection activities.
