Join Our Collections Team in Tijuana
We are looking for enthusiastic and collections-driven Outbound Call Center Agents to join our dynamic team
Agents are responsible for making outbound calls to consumers that are in debt with a single or multiple clients. Following strict opening scripts based on FDCPA compliance guidelines, agents are tasked to review each consumer's account and provide the best options to begin working on their debts. Negotiation, active listening and critical thinking skills are key to the success of this activity, since they do face rejection constantly, the task is to build rapport and have the consumers engaged long enough in the call to provide payment plan or settlement options.
Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday: 5:00 am to 3:00 pm, Fridays: 5:00 am to 9:00 am
