**Function**
- based customer outreach to connect with customers and collect past due balances while focusing on account retention through reselling the value, issue resolution, and proper expectation setting.
**Scope**
Responsible for collecting past due payments, resolve customer issues and ensure that accounts are set to auto-bill
Reselling the value of the campaign
Adhere to all Inbound, Outbound, Voice, and Non-voice process
**Minimum Skill Requirements**
- Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 1 year experience in high volume call center role
- Minimum 1 year experience in collections role
- Proven ability to interact with empathy while driving results
